Foot patrols on Wednesday market day

Good afternoon,

On Wednesday market days expect to see your local neighbourhood team walking about between the stalls and shops. We regularly receive complaints from shops, stalls and members of the public regarding anti-social and criminal behaviour surrounding the stalls.

Market days should be a day where local businesses can make money and thrive and local residents can benefit from local produce.

If you see any member of Lancaster Police on patrol in Lancaster City Centre please do not be afraid to say hello.
